β¨π Hello there! If you like lifestyle/linguist/cozy vlog videos, Iβd love it if you would support my YouTube channel! π πβ¨ https://t.co/e9s6TFZyHQ
A frequent mistake of mine is thinking "manger" instead of "comer" when speaking of food in Spanish.
"Para el almuerzo, yo...yo...*thinks "mange"*...*can't remember spanish word for "to eat"*...um..."
Such a random word to mix up, but I just can't remember "comer!" π
So excited to be done with this semester, but I'm hoping to take some of the Spanish I've learned from Spanish I with me. I still have to consciously decide to roll my Rs instead of doing the French R, but I have a ton of new vocab, grammar, and appreciation for the language!
Just started re-learning Spanish! Haven't studied it since middle school, so I'm excited to start again. My reading comprehension is wayyyy better than my speaking or listening skills (even after all this time, I can still read fairly well in Spanish). Anyway, so excited!
Just posted a new video on YouTube! Sharing a few Fall-themed signs in ASL with you all, plus a few stories about going apple-picking and finding pumpkins! ππ Happy first of October! #americansignlanguage#ASL#languagelearning https://t.co/6bBSCjM4cC
Anyone else love listening to songs in other languages in the car, but when your friends ask you to translate, you just can't because then all the meaning and beauty of the lyrics are lost?
@ohnonero Ah, that's so cool! I wanted to play the violin when I was younger, but my parents bought a piano instead (probably easier on their ears than if I'd tried violin, to be honest, haha!)
