@Dr_Done_ @joanneashton I am also a paediatric registrar who has recently worked at St Mary’s with said PAs - I completely agree with Joanne!
There is always consultant cover and to my knowledge PAs have never covered nights alone and I was the middle grade rota master.
I also suggest deleting!
