One of the easiest immigration actions available to the president would be ending the Obama-era work authorization program for certain H-1B spouses. Since it was created through executive action rather than by Congress, rescinding it should largely come down to complying with the Administrative Procedure Act (APA).
If you're a U.S. citizen and you're living abroad, you have to file taxes on your income. Doesn't matter where it's from. And if you want exclusions or credits, you still have to file. (This is the #1 reason why departing Americans renounce their citizenship.)
The IRS should be mining foreign countries looking for "anchor babies" and other citizens who aren't filing. Instead of obsessing about whether your grandma reported her Etsy knitting earnings, they should be focused on this.
And then you can give them a choice: renounce your citizenship or pay back taxes on everything you owed, including penalties.
I have the stereotypical aristocratic feet & calves.
Whilst I entertain a considerable fondness for the physiques of bodybuilders, the Aristocratic Physique is an equally admirable arrangement of the human frame, & I shall make no attempt to train it out of existnece.
@chriswithans Only CRNAS make that much because it requires four years of undergrad ,two years of icu training and then three years of schooling that is so intense they ban you from working. The schooling also costs 200k.. I make 150 to 170k as a np with ten years experience.
Many tax limits haven’t been updated for inflation in DECADES:
> $250K/$500K home sale capital gains (1997), would be $526k/$1.2M today
> $3k capital loss deduction (1978), would be $16k today
> $3k dependent care credit (1976), would be $18k today
Congress needs to act…
@isa2001m My mom told me that finally pushing out the baby is one of the best feelings in the world and it’s so true. You can work through contractions especially when your water is not broken. I’ve also had an epidural with one birth and that was fine too.
Don't you get tired from saying and reading the same things over and over and over every day, I feel like I am going crazy. Haven't seen an original tweet in months. It's just the same 20 tweets over and over. Am I going insane
