We rebooked our holiday the beginning of this year when your holiday promise stated that you would offer a free change or refund if we have to isolate there or in the UK. Why has this changed?

You should either offer date changes with no extra charge for the same holiday or a full refund.

You’re just conning more and more money from your loyal customers.

We wouldn’t have rebooked for this year if we weren’t able to get a refund due to quarantine, especially knowing the risks.

Free date changes do not suffice when it already cost us an extra £200 last year when we moved it and even more to move again to next year. Hardly free?

Even if the holiday is still operating, your holiday promise states that we are entitled to a full refund if the FCO advises against non essential travel to the destination.
