@Nordstrom I have been following up with your Delivery Research team. They are refusing to provide a refund. I am extremely upset and frustrated. Why should I be charged for an item I do not have?
I placed an order on March 18th for an @UPPAbaby stroller from @Nordstrom to be shipped to my home and it never arrived! Multiple calls and emails to @Nordstrom. The trk number for the stroller gives me an error. Why am I being denied a refund? How is this acceptable?
I placed a SECOND order on March 24th for the SAME stroller for PICKUP at @Nordstrom because it was needed for our first time travel with our infant. That arrived safely to the store and we picked it up. I do not need TWO strollers, one of which never arrived to my home.
@iRhythmTech Your customer service and mobile app are lackluster at best. Extremely disappointed. I am now on my second Zio device and unable to add the new monitor to your app to track symptoms. 2 emails to customer support to just receive a generic response. Wow.
@iRhythmTech I had my monitor installed at 4pm today. By 6:20pm it had fallen off—and now I am left with this burning, red rash. CS told me to remove and send in. What am I supposed to do about the skin discomfort and pain? I don’t even have sensitive skin.
They call Millenials weak but we’re the first generation who knows we’re going to boil to death in the ocean and we still show up everyday at a job to market sunglasses
