I stayed at Novotel Paris Tour Eiffel from 8th-12th March 2024 in room 2623. We put a do no disturb sign at our room and yet our room was entered into and our money, 200 Euros was stolen from our bag.
The hotel has taken no action yet, this is harassment

Our money was stolen from the room, they didn’t even leave coins in the bag, all our money was stolen. 

This is not a threat to one’s safety but also an infringement of the privacy. 

An incident like this has never taken place with me.

Because now when I’m seeing the reviews, incidents like this have happened before in this hotel and no action was taken by their side. This is how this property harasses their visitors.

This is a pathetic service and unacceptable attitude from Novotel.

It’s not okay for hotel staff to enter into your room and touch your personal belongings without your permission. 

They took 200 Euros from my bag and your hotel has taken no action on the same till now.

I should’ve read the reviews before booking this property.
