Claude Mythos Preview found thousands of zero-day exploits in every major operating system and web browser...

The numbers are hard to believe:
> $50 to find a 27-year-old bug in OpenBSD, one of the most security-hardened operating systems ever built

> Under $1,000 to find AND build a fully working remote code execution exploit on FreeBSD that grants unauthenticated root access from anywhere on the internet

> Under $2,000 to chain together multiple Linux kernel vulnerabilities into a complete privilege escalation exploit

For context: these are the kinds of findings that previously required elite security researchers working for weeks.
Anthropic engineers with no formal security training asked Mythos to find exploits overnight. They woke up to working code the next morning.

The results were so impressive Anthropic assembled Apple, Google, Microsoft, Amazon, NVIDIA, and seven other organizations into Project Glasswing:

NEW: Four people miraculously survive a helicopter crash on Honopu Beach in Hawaii.

The pilot was flying around the island when the engine suddenly went out.

As the helicopter was falling out of the sky, the pilot appeared to autorotate the helicopter, a recovery manuver where rotor blades are driven by the upward flow of air through the rotor.

At the last second, the pilot swung the plane and crash landed on the beach.

All four people survived. I am told that one person was injured with fractured vertebrae.

An even more insane clip from last night - the sky literally turned into a portal to another universe, it didn't feel real. This aurora explosion was one of the coolest things I have ever witnessed in my lifetime.

I filmed this in Fairbanks, Alaska at around 10:33 pm AKDT. This is now the best aurora I have ever seen in my lifetime, and talking to friends who have lived in Alaska and chased aurora full time for years, they say this tops it for them, too. Truly privileged and still awestruck at how beautiful nature can be.
