@easyJet booking reference K1QZTWW - I need to cancel these flights, it’s within 24 hours of booking. There is no option on my booking to cancel and I have been on hold for hours. Can someone get back to me ASAP

There is no option on the online refund form for us to cancel. It’s not allowing us to add in our booking reference number as it’s saying it’s wrong when in fact it is the only booking reference that has been provided to us!
