A heavily oiled African penguin was recovered on the South Coast, as well as an oiled Cape gannet on Bird Island last week.

We had a super lab hike on #Stellenbosch#mountain this morning. I love this fun research group, who are game even very early in the morning. Thanks everyone - it was a great way to spend some time (even though the views weren’t their best).
