@bbb_us how does a company like @babybrezza get away with having no way contacting them when you have a faulty 300 dollar product that actually caused health issues with your baby. They don’t respond to emails, and say “ no customer service agents available” when you call

Just measured and realized that despite the correct setting with my formula the @babybrezza has been incorrectly dispensing formula resulting in me unknowingly giving my low birth weight baby diluted formula for 12 weeks. And I can’t get in touch with the company 😡

@AmericanAir so disappointing as a loyal member & Citibank card holder that I paid $65 more for a main cabin extra legroom seat from LAX to DCA and couldn’t even fit my drink in the cup holder or uncross my legs . What a waste of money. My upgrade on Alaska to LAX was great! 😢
