Happy #WomenPharmacistDay! Inspired by our first CEO, Dr. Gloria Niemeyer Francke, Sister Mary Gonzelez Duffy, ASHP’s first woman president, and the rich history of women leaders who’ve followed them, ASHP celebrates all women in pharmacy who are committed to advancing practice and improving patient outcomes.

Excited to share the publication of our QI initiative to improve the discharge med rec workflow for our inpatient heme malignancies service at Sibley - JHM #TwitteRx#Oncopharm
@nabp:
1). We need a better explanation of how this happened and what’s being done to prevent this from happening again.
2). What are you going to do to remedy the harm caused, financially and emotionally, to those affected?

@Lachelle_Dawn Lived in Boston for 10 years while traveling to visit my fam in NJ q1-2 months - I don’t even need one hand to count how many times Amtrak was cheaper than flying.
#Evusheld dosing recs updated(again). If pt initially received 150/150:
≤3mo prior:Give xtra 150/150
>3mo prior:Give xtra 300/300
Good news, after ~5/28ish can remove 150 dose
Bad news, how to educate for next few months? (it's already so confusing!)

If Black People die at YOUNGER ages and HIGHER rates for Breast Cancer, Colorectal Cancers, Lung Cancers, Prostate cancers, etc. Then why are we NOT granted screenings at younger ages?! Don’t group us with the screening age of White Americans IF WE DO NOT DIE AT THAT AGE. 🧵
