When orders are "stay home, do not leave your house", sensibly more than 20% of the decline in aggregate economic activity is due to those orders.
@hasufl Leviathan isn't stupid and has been openly hostile to privacy coins like Monero / Zcash, where analysis and blacklisting is much harder. Also to regular physical cash.
In the end, "private property" is a social-contract. You own it because others accept you own it.
