It is an urgent and necessary pressure for Dogar court to take up Imran Khan and Bushra Bibi’s bail applications and set them FREE.

Police usually arrests Imran Khan’s supporters; not the family or elected members. We appeal to Imran Khan’s supporters (who are not office holders) NOT to come to Adiala today.

خان صاحب کی بیماری، ڈرون حملے،آپریشن، بدلتے ہوئی بین الاقوامی حالات،پیٹرول کی قیمتوں میں ہوشربا اضافے،بے جا ٹیکسسسز، مہنگائی کے تناظر میں تحریک چلانے کی صلاح۔ صرف صوبہ نہیں ملک بند کرنے کا پلان،عمران خان کی صحت کے معاملے پر متحرک ہونے کی درخواست، ایوانوں سے استعفوں کے زریعے حکومت سے legitimacy واپس لینے کے لیے سب سے پہلے اپنے استعفیٰ کی پیشکش۔۔۔
میں یہ سمجھتا ہوں کہ عمران خان کی اسیری کا زمہ دار ان میں سے کوئی فرد نہیں بلکہ بین الاقوامی اسٹیبلیشمنٹ کی ایماء پر برسرپیکار عاصم منیر، قانونی و غیر قانونی طور پر اس کے ماتحت آنے والے ادارے اور اسکے اشاروں پر ناچنے والی سیاسی قوتیں ہیں۔ مگر کیا عمران خان اپنی ذات کے لیے مقید ہے کہ اس کی رہائی کے لیے اپنی پوری قوت سے کوشش کرنا بھی کسی کا فرض نہیں ہے؟ قیادت سے لیکر قوم تک کسی کا بھی نہیں؟
تحفظ آئین پاکستان مہینوں بعد ایک بیٹھک منعقد کرنے کا فیصلہ خود کر سکتی ہے،سی ایم جلسے کا اعلان اور پھر ملتوی خود کر سکتا ہے، اراکین اسمبلی شادیوں اور دعوتوں میں مخالفین کے ساتھ بیٹھنے کا فیصلہ خود کر سکتے ہیں، مارکوپولو بن کر دنیا کے چکر لگانے کا فیصلہ خود کر سکتے ہیں،سیاسی کمیٹی خود کو “محب وطن” ثابت کرنے کے لیے ایمرجنسی اجلاس بلا سکتی ہے،تنظیمیں عہدوں کے نئے نئے نوٹیفیکشن کرسکتی ہیں،صوبائی حکومت فارم ۴۷ وزیراعظم اور صدر کے ساتھ بیٹھ سکتی ہے، کور کمانڈر ہاؤس کا رخ کر سکتی ہے لیکن جب عمران خان کا سوال ہو تو سیاسی کمیٹی کا جواب ہوتا ہے تحفظ آئین پاکستان، ان کا جواب ہوتا ہے پی ٹی آئی قیادت، قیادت فیملی کا نام لیتی ہے اور پھر سی ایم پر بات آجاتی ہے اور یہی سلیم اللہ سے کلیم اللہ اور کلیم اللہ سے سلیم اللہ چلتا رہتا ہے۔تو جب سارے فیصلے اپنے طور پر کیے جا سکتے ہیں تو تحریک کا فیصلہ کیوں نہیں؟ محض اس کے لیے عمران خان کی ہدایت درکار ہے اور جہاں عمران خان کی ہدایات میسر ہیں وہاں حیلے بے شمار ہیں۔ مان لیتے ہیں کہ منزل ایک ہے لیکن طریقہ کار مختلف ہے تو ایک دن کے نوٹس پر آپ سب ایک چھت کے نیچے بیٹھ کر مشترکہ اجلاس بلا کر عملی جدوجہد کا فیصلہ کر سکتے ہیں اور ادھر ہی مشترکہ پریس کانفرنس کا انعقاد بھی ہوسکتا ہے۔ چلو یہ بھی مان لیتے ہیں کہ زیادہ تر تحریک کے حق میں ہیں تو کچے دھاگے توڑنے کے لیے اجلاس کو لائیو نشر کیجئے ویسے بھی کونسا ایٹم بم کا فارمولہ ڈسکس ہونا ہے تو جو بھی رکاوٹ ہوگی قوم خود اسٹیبلیشمنٹ کے ساتھ ان کا بھی احتساب کر لے گی۔
ہمیں تو گراونڈ ریلئٹی نہیں معلوم ناں تو بس پبلکی مشورہ دے دیا کیونکہ خان صاحب کی بیماری کے وقت میں نے ایک وائس نوٹ میں وہ تمام تجاویز دہرائے جو میں قیادت کو بارہا بھیج چکا تھا، نا ہی کوئی کال دی نا ہی کوئی فیصلہ کیا لیکن خان صاحب کے لیے کچھ کرنے کے بجائے مجھے قیادت و صوبائی حکومت نے پیغام بھجوایا کہ آپ کے ایک وائیس نوٹ سے تحریک کو Irreversible نقصان ہوا ہے۔ سیریسلی؟ اور یہ میرے ساتھ پہلی مرتبہ نہیں ہوا۔۔
تین سال بہت لمبا عرصہ ہوتا ہے وہ بھی ناحق اسیری اور عمران خان جیسا لیڈر۔ چار سال مجھے ہوگئے پہلے دربدر اور پھر مستقل اور پھر روپوشی بھی ایسی کہ کوئی ایک ہفتہ بھی نہ گزار سکے۔ آج صرف مل بیٹھ کر ایک جہد مسلسل کی گزارش کر رہا ہوں اگر نہیں ہو رہا آپ سے تو جیسا آپ ہمارے بیانیہ کا بوجھ نہیں اٹھا سکتے ہم آپ کی غفلت کا بوجھ نہیں اٹھا سکتے۔ اور یہ جو کرنل سے مل کر ایک دوسرے کو مشورے دیتے ہو کہ خان تو جیل میں ہی رہے گا مراد سعید تو پاگل ہے نہ اپنی پرواہ نہ کسی اور کی وہ تو جب بھی نظر آیا مارا جائے گا اپنی زندگی کیوں خراب کرتے ہو تو اتنا کہوں گا اللہ آپ کو مزید آسانیاں دے لیکن ہمارے مقصد ہماری جدوجہد اور ہماری زندگیوں کی قیمت پر نہیں بالکل بھی نہیں۔ کوئی فیصلہ کیجیے-

All credit for these US–Iran peace talks goes to Imran Khan. Pakistan’s stance as a partner in peace, not war, reflects his vision. Without him, the Form-47 regime could have easily pushed the country into America’s war against the will of Pakistan's people.

Letter from Illegally Incarcerated Leadership of PTI from Kot Lakhpat Jail

PTI’s decision to call off their protest on Thursday, 9th of April, on the instructions of former Prime Minister Imran Khan was a positive gesture to give dialogue and diplomacy a chance to achieve peace and stability. But why are advocates of regional peace silent over domestic political polarization and indifferent to national reconciliation?

Pakistan’s intervention to seek a pause in the regional conflict for two weeks is a welcome development, but the indifference to Pakistan’s internal conflict lingering for over two years is beyond comprehension.

We, sitting in Kot Lakhpat jail, would want to see sanity prevail over madness. Peace-mongering and advocacy for restraint on regional issues is a correct and responsible approach, but overlooking the need for political stability in Pakistan for over two years is a dangerous trend.

Can the coalition government of Shehbaz Sharif earn the trust of Pakistanis by dealing with the challenges of the precarious economic situation confronting Pakistan without political stability? Can Pakistan successfully face the challenge of sponsored insurgency in Balochistan without national unity? Can we defeat the rising wave of terrorism without all stakeholders being on the same page? Can we overlook the enormous bloodshed from our eastern border? Can we overcome the governance issues in Sindh and provide quality services to the far-flung districts of Punjab with a yoke of legitimacy around our neck?

Can we ensure the future of democracy without credible elections? Can we undertake institutional reforms and economic restructuring without national consensus? Are we strengthening democratic values by denying political space to political parties in the opposition, particularly PTI?

Can the country move forward when the legal system is collapsing? Who would trust the process of accountability when it is used for witch-hunting and political engineering? What have politicians gained or achieved by putting each other behind bars? How long will we blame each other and shift blame for our current failures? Has the minus-one formula worked in the past and how long will we keep repeating the same mistakes?

In order to move forward, we need to address regional and national conflicts. Time is running out; the pause might not be enough!

Hating Imran Khan is equal to hating Pakistan

You can take a principled position in support of the ceasefire, and you can also take an equally principled position against the actors involved, given their backgrounds, intentions, and history.

Just because the illegitimate Pakistani military regime happens to be actively involved in the peace process, neither washes away its tyrannical and criminal rule at home, nor gives it sudden legitimacy or mandate to rule.

Supporting peace process doesn't mean you have to support, cheer or whitewash the regime's brutal and tyrannical record at home.

In these last couple of weeks, Pakistan has recast itself as a responsible actor on the world stage and against all odds, has managed to bring parties to the conflict on table, a diplomatic feat.

However, the govt’s position remains quite paradoxical. Projecting peace abroad but acting as a tyrant at home.

We commend the govt for its diplomatic successes but this does not absolve them from the injustices that are being committed at home.

کل کا جلسہ پی ٹی آئی نے عمران خان سے کینسل کروایا تاکہ حکومت کو ریلیف دیا جا سکے۔ اس سے پہلے بھی کئی مواقع پر حکومت کو ریلیف دیا گیا، مگر افسوس کی بات یہ ہے کہ اس کے بدلے عمران خان کی صحت کے حوالے سے کوئی بھی ریلیف حاصل نہیں کیا گیا۔ نہ ہی فیملی ملاقاتوں کے لیے کوئی مؤثر آواز اٹھائی گئی اور نہ ہی ان کی غیرقانونی قیدِ تنہائی کے خاتمے کے لیے کوئی سنجیدہ اقدام کیا گیا۔

عمران خان کو جیل مینول کے مطابق بنیادی سہولیات بھی فراہم نہیں کی جا رہیں۔ فیملی کا واحد اور واضح مطالبہ یہی ہے کہ عمران خان کا علاج فوری طور پر شفاء انٹرنیشنل اسلام آباد میں ان کی فیملی اور ذاتی معالج کی موجودگی میں کروایا جائے۔

ان کی آنکھ کی حالت تشویشناک ہے، نہ صرف یہ کہ اس میں کوئی بہتری نہیں آئی بلکہ خدشہ ہے کہ اسے جان بوجھ کر نظر انداز کیا جا رہا ہے، جس سے ان کی بینائی مزید متاثر ہو رہی ہے۔

عمران خان کی صحت کو نظر انداز کرنا یا اس پر خاموشی اختیار کرنا ایک مجرمانہ فعل ہے۔ جب تک فیملی کی ملاقات نہیں ہوتی، ہم تسلی سے کوئی بھی بات نہیں کر سکتے اور نہ ہی کسی سرکاری مؤقف پر کسی قسم کا یقین کیا جا سکتا ہے

My father, Senator Ejaz Chaudhary is in illegal incarceration for last 3 years. Since last few weeks various indicators of his health and overall energy levels indicated that something was amiss. After great difficulty we were able to get his blood work and check up done. It was diagnosed that his Kidney function has been severely affected and he now has Chronic Kidney Disease at Stage 3.

He, along with his companions is languishing in Jail with their appeals and petitions for suspensions not getting fixed before LHC. When they do get fixed, cause list is cancelled or prosecution doesn’t show up, etc.

Our constitution ensures dignity of life. Are we not Pakistanis?

حیران کن صورتحال : عمران خان کے خلاف تین چار سال بعد بننے والے توشہ خانہ فوجداری پھر ون ٹو کے فیصلے بھی ہو چکے سزائیں بھی کاٹ رہے ہیں لیکن 2020 میں آصف زرداری ، نواز شریف و دیگر کیخلاف 6 سال سے زیر التوا توشہ خانہ گاڑیوں کا کیس نیب عدالت سے ایف آئی اے عدالت آنے کے 16 ماہ بعد بھی آگے نا بڑھ سکا ایف آئی اے کی جانب سے چالان کے حوالے سے رپورٹ آج بھی جمع نہ کروائی جا سکی اسپیشل جج ہمایوں دلاور نے سماعت 2 جون تک ملتوی کردی اس سے قبل سماعت 18 دسمبر 2025 کو ہوئی تھی 12 دسمبر 2024 کو نیب کورٹ نے کیس اسپیشل جج سینٹرل کو ٹرانسفر کیا تھا اسپیشل عدالت سینٹرل میں مجموعی طور پر 17 سماعتیں بغیر پیشرفت ملتوی ہوچکیں 2020 سے 2024 تک چار سال میں کیس کی 60 سماعتیں نیب عدالتوں میں ہوچکیں توشہ خانہ گاڑیوں کا کیس نیب ترامیم کے باعث اسپیشل جج سینٹرل کو منتقل کیا گیا تھا نیب کی جانب سے 2020 میں ریفرنس فائل کیا گیا تھا آصف زرداری صاحب کا استثنی ہے لیکن باقیوں کی حد تک کیس آگے بڑھ سکتا ہے بے شک فیصلہ ان کے حق میں آئے یا مخالف آئے لیکن کیس بھی آگے نہیں بڑھ رہا

On it’s 10th Anniversary, a charity school run by my family in 290 GB Rajana, built by my father in law Brigadier (R) Javed Akram, a military prisoner currently confined in Kot Lakhpat Jail, was sealed by the administration just hours after a prize distribution ceremony attended by Noreen Niazi Sahiba.

This school educates over 700 children from the most humble background.
By sealing it, you have not hurt us, as we don’t run it as a business. But you have punished these children, taking away what may be their only chance to rise, to learn and to build a better future.
