Highly unsatisfactory customer service , upon voice call by Deepak .Denied connecting me to supervisor when I was the one giving him updates and he clearly failed in providing any updates and he was not even checking the status of my complaint and cut the call .
@airindia@airindia please don’t ask me to check my DM when you are not taking any accountability and denying refund and on the top of all expecting the customer to suffer because of your system lapse
@MoCA_GoI The Ministry claims Air India has made my refund, yet the airline itself refuses to provide it. I’ve faced public humiliation and severe mental harassment due to these contradictory responses. Words of passenger comfort mean little without action. @DGCAIndia@AAI_Official

I am still asking why was I given immigration clearance ?
Are you blaming your fault on the immigration?

@MoCA_GoI I request the Ministry to kindly clarify:
1.On what basis has this case been marked as “resolved” when I have received no relief?
2.Under which rule was Air India permitted to deny boarding after emigration clearance?
@MoCA_GoI Both statements cannot be true.
This raises serious concern, as my grievance has been closed without verification, without evidence, and without addressing the actual facts of the case.
