I’ve been trying to get a refund from SAUDIA for a flight they cancelled on April 1, 26. After more than 2 hrs on the phone across 5 calls and multiple escalations, I still haven’t received my refund or a resolution.If anyone at @SaudiAirlinesEn can help I’d really appreciate it

@globeandmail he didn't really need to keep his email. His webmail client kept it for him. Scroll back in ur inbox and u would be suprised
