عمران خان صاحب اور ان کی اہلیہ اس وقت دو مقدمات القادر ٹرسٹ اور توشہ خانہ 2 میں جیل میں ہیں سوا سال ہوچکا خان صاحب کو القادر ٹرسٹ میں چودہ سال اور بشری بی بی کو سات سال سزا ہوئے تاحال سسپنشن آف سینٹینس نہیں لگا۔

قبل ازگرفتاری ضمانت ہوئی ہو، گرفتاری نیب کو منظور ہی نہ ہو اور جب سزا سنائی جائے تو ہائیکورٹ یہ بھی نہ دیکھے کہ گرفتاری کبھی چاہئے ہی نہیں تھی نہ یہ دیکھے کہ خاتون ہیں جن کے لیے قانون میں خاص رعایت ہے اور نہ یہ دیکھے کہ فیصلہ آنے سے پہلے میڈیا کو معلوم تھا کہ کتنی سزا ہوگی یہ افسوسناک ہے کہ ایک جج کا فیصلہ پہلے سے میڈیا کو معلوم ہو۔

اسلام آباد ہائیکورٹ کی عمارت بڑی عالی شان ہے ہم چاہتے ہیں وہاں سے عالی شان انصاف بھی ہو اگر انصاف اب نہیں ہوگا تو پھر کب ہوگا؟ انصاف قسطوں میں نہیں ہوتا کہ اس ہفتے القادر میں انصاف لے جاؤ پھر کبھی آکے توشہ خانہ میں لے جانا یہ قابل قبول نہیں ہے۔

My father has been under arrest for 845 days. For the past six weeks, he has been kept in solitary confinement in a death cell with zero transparency. His sisters have been denied every visit, even with clear court orders allowing access. There have been no phone calls, no meetings and no proof of life. Me and my brother have had no contact with our father.

This absolute blackout is not a security protocol. It is a deliberate attempt to hide his condition and prevent our family from knowing whether he is safe.

Let it be clear: the Pakistani government and its handlers will be held fully accountable legally, morally and internationally for my father’s safety and for every consequence of this inhumane isolation.

I call on the international community, global human rights organisations and every democratic voice to intervene urgently. Demand proof of life, enforce court ordered access, end this inhumane isolation and call for the release of Pakistan’s most popular political leader who is being held solely for political reasons.

Former Prime Minister Imran Khan's Message – July 8, 2025

“When a nation rises for its rights, no force on earth can suppress it. I remain a free man, even in jail, but my nation is trapped in a prison where there is no independent judiciary, no genuine democracy, and no free media. Every Pakistani must rise up for their true freedom!

For two years, I have remained imprisoned solely for the sake of the Pakistani nation, so that no one can enslave you. Now, the time has come for you to stand up for your own freedom and defeat this oppressive system.

I repeatedly called for dialogue in the best interest of the country. But the time for negotiations has now passed. After the 26th Constitutional Amendment, the rule of law, the Constitution, and the very concept of justice have been buried. Any hope of receiving justice from the courts has been completely extinguished. The Pakistani nation now has only one path forward: a nationwide protest movement. Nothing short of this can pull us out of this quagmire of lawlessness.

A complete roadmap for the nationwide movement will be announced this week. I will have completed two full years of unjust imprisonment on August 5th. One that very day our nationwide protest campaign will be at its peak.

There will be no further negotiations of any kind with anyone anymore! The only path forward is mass protest in the streets, so the nation can rid itself of the puppets forcibly imposed upon it as its rulers.

Let me be clear: any officeholder in Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf who cannot shoulder the weight of this movement should step aside immediately. Those who have submitted to these oppressors must remember: these very people will eventually crush you, and the people will never forgive you either.

Even leaders like Nelson Mandela and Gandhi were allowed to meet other prisoners, read books, and write. I am enduring a form of solitary confinement where I am locked for 22 hours a day in a 6x8 foot cell. Police officers are forbidden from speaking to me. I have been denied books for the past six months. I am not allowed to speak to my children. My lawyers and colleagues cannot visit me. My family is allowed only a few minutes of visitation each week, and many of them are often denied even that. My personal physician has not been allowed to examine me for the past ten months. Even my access to newspapers and television has been cut off for the last week. Books sent by my family are withheld and kept in the superintendent’s office. My wife is also being held in inhumane conditions in solitary confinement.

Behind all of this is the establishment and its pawns. All of this is being done to break me. But I will continue to stand against tyranny until my very last breath.

We restored the constitutional and legal rights of the tribal areas after decades and provided full resources for reconstruction and development. The current regime not only withheld their rightful funds for three years but is now actively working to roll back their constitutional rights, an action that is utterly condemnable. I commend our parliamentarians and representatives for boycotting these unlawful measures.

As for our Punjab MPAs who were suspended for protesting during the fraudulent government’s budget session, the real reason behind it was that their protest against Maryam Nawaz was intolerable for the regime, although it is a long-standing tradition to protest during budget sessions.”

“میں تمام عمر بھی جیل میں رہنے کو تیار ہوں لیکن ظلم و جبر کے آگے جھکنے کا سوال پیدا نہیں ہوتا۔ پاکستانی قوم کو بھی یہی پیغام دیتا ہوں کہ کسی صورت جبر کے اس نظام کے سامنے نہ جھکیں۔

مذاکرات کا وقت اب گزر چکا ہے، اب صرف قوم کے احتجاج کا وقت ہے۔

پچھلے کچھ روز سے جیل میں مجھ پر سختیاں مزید بڑھا دی گئی ہیں۔ میری اہلیہ بشرٰی بیگم پر بھی سختی کا دائرہ کار بڑھا دیا گیا ہے۔ ان کے سیل میں جو ٹی وی موجود تھا وہ بھی بند کروا دیا گیا ہے۔ میرے اور میری اہلیہ کے تمام انسانی اور قیدیوں کو دئیے جانے والے حقوق معطل ہیں- جس کا حساب ہونا چاہیئے۔

مجھے معلوم ہے کہ ایک کرنل اور جیل سپرنٹنڈنٹ انجم، یہ سب کچھ عاصم منیر کے کہنے پر کروا رہے ہیں۔

اپنی پارٹی کو واضح ہدایت کرتا ہوں کہ اگر مجھے جیل میں کچھ ہوا تو اس کا حساب عاصم منیر سے لیا جائے۔

بشری بیگم پر ظلم اس لیے کیا جا رہا ہے کیونکہ میرے دور میں جب عاصم منیر کو عہدے سے ہٹایا گیا تو انہوں نے زلفی بخاری کے ذریعے بشرٰی بیگم کو ملاقات کا پیغام بھیجا تھا، جسے بشریٰ بیگم نے ٹھکرا دیا تھا۔ اسی لیے عاصم منیر نے ان پر سختیاں رکھی ہوئی ہیں۔ شروع دن سے ہی ان کی کوشش ہے کہ بشری بیگم پر سختی کر کے مجھے توڑا جا سکے۔

جس جیل میں مجھے رکھا ہوا ہے وہاں سینکڑوں پاکستانیوں کے قاتل اور دہشتگرد بھی مجھ سے بہتر حالت میں رہ رہے ہیں- ایک فوجی رضوان کو شان و شوکت سے رکھا ہوا ہے لیکن مجھ پر ہر طرح کا ظلم جاری ہے۔ یہ جو بھی کر لیں اس ظلم کے آگے نہ میں پہلے جھکا تھا نہ ہی اب جھکوں گا۔

پنجاب میں پچھلے دو سال سے مریم نواز اور محسن نقوی کے زیر سایہ جبر و فسطائیت کا جو ماحول ہے اس نے جمہوریت اور سیاسی سرگرمیوں کا خاتمہ کر رکھا ہے۔ تمام ممبران اسمبلی کا قافلے کی صورت میں پنجاب آ کر سیاسی اجتماع کرنا خوش آئیند ہے-

اس وقت مجھ سمیت کئی افراد سخت ترین جیلیں کاٹ رہے ہیں اس لیے پارٹی کا ہر شخص اپنے ذاتی اختلافات کو مکمل طور پر نظر انداز کرے، میڈیا کے سامنے اپنے ذاتی اور اندرونی معاملات کو زیر گفتگو لانا کسی طور قابل قبول نہیں ہے۔ میری سختی سے ہدایات ہیں کہ پارٹی میں بڑے سے بڑا عہدیدار یا چھوٹے سے چھوٹا رکن یا ذمہ دار سوشل میڈیا، الیکٹرانک میڈیا، پرنٹ میڈیا یا کسی بھی اور فورم پر پارٹی کے اندرونی معاملات یا اختلافات کا اظہار مت کرے۔ اپنی ساری توجہ صرف اور صرف احتجاجی تحریک پر رکھیں تاکہ ملک میں انسانی حقوق کی بحالی ممکن ہو سکے۔ اگر کسی ذمہ دار نے اس احتجاجی تحریک میں حصہ نہ لیا پھر اس کا فیصلہ میں جیل سے خود کروں گا۔

تمام پارٹی ممبران اور عہدیداران کو ہدایت کرتا ہوں میرے ٹوئیٹر پیغامات کو خود ریٹویٹ بھی کریں اور زیادہ سے زیادہ افراد تک میرے یہ پیغامات پہنچائیں-

سینیٹ کی ٹکٹوں کے حوالے سے پارٹی باہمی مشاورت سے فیصلہ کرے۔”
