@British_Airways I claimed GBP1023.41 and only got CAD78.72. How does the math work? BA re-booked the flights for other passengers (Mr. R J (this is the fullname) and Mr. Nart) with Emirates (EK5110- same flight). But dint re-book for myself, my wife & 7mo old baby. Case ref # 17301971 #BAsucks

@British_Airways Waited in line for 5 hours to re-book the flight. At 11pm we were asked to leave T5 and go to T3. Spent the night in hallway in cold (the heating system was turned off) with my wife and 7 month old daughter. No priority were given to families. #BAsucks
