How can @british_airways get away with just cancelling a flight that is a connecting flight from Manchester to Heathrow to enable us to catch another BA flight to the USA? No options given, no refund offered and no one answering their bloody phones to discuss it! #BAneveragain

@British_Airways Way to treat passengers with non-visible disabilities, be rude to them, abandon them, lie to them, take money from them for duty free, not supply goods or refund for 2 months, and to think this was flying first! #BAneveragain

@alex_cruz BA customer relations (claims) department exist NOT to resolve issues but only to push back customers. The average wait time to speak to an agent is 1hr, and the very first thing we hear is NO. #BAsucks #Heathrow #BritishAirways #BAneveragain

Only with @britishairways @BritishAirwSUCK can you fly 4hr flight , GBP 1500 1-way direct business fare & get all your luggage lost for more than 3 days and it’s almost time to fly back to London without them ! Never seen such incompetence!! #BASucks #BANeveragain
