@anonymouse_589 We used a clean herb grinder but did not make it too powdery. We sourced some Ceylon wholesalers so I am not sure of brands but lol for Uva.

@_Katie_Ski It comes from the fact that tea is a mild diuretic but the idea that tea is not hydrating is completely wrong in fact I think I am right in saying that tea is more hydrating than water.

@Kaltighanna Ripe PuErh has a lot of myco activity as part of the fermenting process. I have never heard of any issues with penicillin allergies though
