Respected @nsitharamanoffc, the current state of the Income Tax Portal is causing immense distress.
We are unable to file our ITRs due to persistent technical issues.
The delayed availability of crucial forms and incorrect data in the Annual Information Statement (AIS) means taxpayers are forced to choose between filing an incorrect return or missing the deadline. This situation is unfair and the principle of "justice delayed is justice denied" applies here.
