@gimmehopejoanna I have started using a hiking pole and find that it really helps with balance and support while keeping my posture upright.
Previously I was very self-conscious about the way I walk, but now I find people look at the stick and not me. Go for it.

Could this be the first move in a 1930s style takeover by the fascists now ruling Britain? Sunak tries to ignore their 13 years of deliberate destruction of our health service, welfare state, economy, and all the other glue that holds society together. He fails to acknowledge Tory corruption and has willingly written off over £4,3 Billions in fraud including the £29mil scammed by Baroness Mone. Sunak is also attacking devolution which is vital for the electorate both locally and nationally. He is also attempting to blame Labour for all our ills. Now the big one; Parliament is no longer working he claims. Given the extraordinary level of rule breaking and blatant corruption demonstrated by the Tories during their tenure, together with their dubious links to often hostile foreign powers, I'm not surprised the function of Parliament may seem to be a little rocky. Knowing how fascists work the next step would be to dissolve Parliament and put in power a totalitarian state linked to business -
the Mussolini fascist ideal. A careful watch must be kept on this larcenous political mafia and no matter what it takes we must not let Sunak, Braverman, Truss, and all the others tumble us into the pages of the Nazi Playbook. For centuries Britain has clawed its way towards democracy with no small success. In 13 years the Tories have dragged us back many decades. We, as a nation ( for the time being) must stand against them without flinching before they drag us back to a technocratic medievalism.

I'm currently the target of a significant scam operation on Twitter involving 100s of profiles . They come in the form of paid-for adverts claiming that I made money from cryptocurrencies , then using my fake 'endorsement' to encourage others to invest too . . .
