What an awesome experience today was for our @Gateway6NKC Grizzlies!! We launched our inaugural Culture Day with both student and community volunteers. Thank you @Northtown, @Winnetonka and @Antioch for sharing your students and cultures with us!

We did a project for unit rates. The kids had to plan a superbowl party for 20 people with a budget of $200. They shopped real ads and planned their meals. The conversations and realizations about how expensive food is makes me laugh! @NKCSchools @Gateway6NKC
