@CruiseNorwegian we sail in 3 weeks. Don’t have a concierge; every time I reach out for help, I’m given another number to call. We have had to book excursions separately & no dining reservations confirmed. I’m a new travel agent since booking - won’t recommend NCL to my clients.
@HRBlock really horrible customer service experience today at the Mill Creek Washington office. The manager, Reem, was supposed to call us right back to address it. That was 3 hours ago. Just keeps getting worse.
