Shocked to spend 1h with customer service, consistently put on hold, about lack of battery life on the new @Sonos Roam bought 10 days ago. Only lasts 2h with Bluetooth. Apparently, the only option is a refund. We are happy with our Sonos ONE but would not recommend Roam.

@furniturehireuk Unless you want countless months of hassle trying to ask for a refund because of a covid cancellation, being charged £8 every time you call the customer helpline and being charged even more money than you paid in the first place - be my guest...wouldn't call that "affordable".
