@GulfAir I travelled in November to Goa from Manchester. My suitcase was received at Goa airport with huge cracks. I’m still following up on compensation. Until Jan 2nd the customer support team kept saying they didn’t receive the pic. I have sent it as a pdf. Decision maker?
