@Se_Railway Two teenagers have been vaping openly for the entire train journey without a single member of staff stepping in. Passengers shouldn’t be expected to enforce the rules on your behalf. Considering how much you charge, the complete lack of oversight is unacceptable.

@Se_Railway No staff members were present. The entire carriage appeared visibly uncomfortable, and it was clear from people’s reactions that many were bothered by the situation, but nobody said anything. I certainly didn’t feel safe confronting them myself.

@Se_Railway Please turn on ventilation and air con on the trains. Why are we paying extortionate prices for a hot, stinky and dirty train? It always feels like an oven, not taking in consideration the constant delays and cancellations. It’s exhausting.
