One of the biggest challenges in Physical AI is getting robots to transfer skills learned in simulation into the real world. 🦾

@axisrobotics is exploring an interesting approach: train reinforcement learning experts in simulation, then distill their skills into vision policies that can generalize to real-world tasks.

The example shared is a pick-and-place expert that can handle objects placed at random. With visual randomization during training, the goal is to help the resulting policy handle variations in object appearance and placement instead of memorizing one fixed setup.

Why does this matter? Simulation can provide scalable training experience, while vision policies aim to make those learned skills useful beyond the simulated environment.

The real test is how reliably these policies perform on physical robots under changing conditions.

night 7 of the $100 run, and i finally got the MEV bots back

MEV bot = a bot that sees your buy and cuts in line to sell you the coin higher

they take a bite out of every trade i make

my setup: a crawler reads crypto Twitter, Jev picks yes or no, Grok bots click

the bot log from last night:

1:43am crawler → hangs a fake $50K buy order on a thread
1:52am MEV bot → jumps on it
1:57am crawler → reels it in, MEV bot hooked
2:30am Jev → yes, real bottom, $268K
3:15am Grok bots → sold at $402K, +$4,514

i laughed out loud reading that at 7am

honestly a bot that traps the bots that rob us is the fairest thing in crypto

the coin vs my bank, same night:

10pm coin $370K, bank $34,096
12am coin $401K, bank $37,264
2am coin $316K, bank $39,585
4am coin $359K, bank $44,258
6:30am coin $301K, bank $45,376

the coin lost 18.7%, my bots made 33.1% trading it

not every trade worked, a $400K floor broke at 12:25am and cost me $697

at 11:33pm it also swept 4 dead coins off my screen with a tiny broom
