Offering reliable wifi at 35k feet can be tough. But check out the difference between these two airlines:
1. Tonight, @SouthwestAir *proactively* provided a refund for wifi that was subpar – but overall usable – on a 3.5 hr flight. (I didn't email them about it.)
2. Recently, Iberojet's wifi provider SITA rejected my request for a refund on wifi that was almost *entirely* unusable on a ~9 hour flight.
As bad as American customer service often is, it's still lightyears better than most other places in the world.
@elonmusk Ah yes this is why Telsa had to hire marketing bc you’re not good for the brand and haven’t made a profit in how long? who buys a Tesla these days? it’s giving I have nothing much left to do but bitch about stuff that doesn’t concern me
Obsessed with this guy on the US men's gymnastics team who's only job is pommel horse, so he just sits there until he's activated like a sleeper agent, whips off his glasses like Clark Kent and does a pommel horse routine that helps deliver the team its first medal in 16 years.
