@KevinBoise1 Yes. Did active joint mob to correct alignment. Then started w simple abdominal hollowing and keels to help stabilize.

Anyone ever treated scoliosis conservatively? 15 yo female with S-curve. MD doesn't want to brace, but wants to prevent progression. Ideas?
