@seandsweeney Long time lurker of yours. First time replier. Thank you for your reports. Probably lot more like me than you realize. Seems to me you have a lot more “likes” than antagonistic replies. Have faith. Your audience is larger than those who are vocal and so is your influence.
@wingoz@netflix One of my core childhood memories was watching him play with a broken finger vs Oilers. He was with KC. They kept resetting and snapping it into place on sidelines. Not sure I’ve ever seen a tougher QB.
@AliWolfEcon This is such a great table - I always like when Ive seen it in your presentations. Does Zonda do the same table for international migration?
@jmf_5 New York City > 47 states, Dallas and LA > 46, Houston > 44, and Chicago > 41. On a % change basis, Dallas, Charlston, Atlantic City, Jacksonville, and Houston are top 5 in U.S.
@jmf_5 Here you go - https://t.co/gH38B30r7F - released this morning. If you export this table from the release to excel - https://t.co/skf65wFS8u - and sort by YoY change
@jonesbeall@WayneBuildsLNK@Levijameshere Check out the Ike Dike - prelim bipartisan approval for $31B to move fwd as largest civil engineering project in US history - multi decades in making - huge step fwd for Houston metro/port protection- https://t.co/3gHYMWXjoj
@Melchor_Eric 37% logging on more than once a day seems low. Will say that I think these stats vary by industry. More prevalent in finance/real estate for instance - less prevalent for friends in established tech firms (not startups)/education/health care/government….
@CyndiGarzaLopez Yes to all of those! T & I were in Houston last month and I was reminiscing about our many, many visits to that location of Wings n More - extra hot, extra wet and side of cheese fries!
@LiferRealestate@MultifamMason This is what gives you ammo for calls even if you aren’t doing deals yet. You’re bringing something to table and you sound like you’re in mix.
If new person on high-functioning team - volunteer to call every person on CA lists that no one knows.
@LiferRealestate@MultifamMason Focus on base of knowledge first. Underwrite deals. Understand the capital stack. Talk to mortgage bankers. Track every relevant sale (value, parties, cap rate). Drive deals/shop deals. Read Bisnow/Business Journal, etc.
