@urbanclap service sucks.. hired help for a cupboard locker repair. The worker couldn't assist and then they charge me ₹100 as convenience fee to do nothing. This after explaining the issue on phone before coming home. STOP CHEATING CUSTOMERS !!!!

I need my money back !! very pathetic experience vacation turns into nightmare and left on the roads to find alternate hotel to stay !
Booked a 3 star Goibibo certified hotel on goibibo and it was Cheaplodge

6th when called from the hotel Goibibo was working towards my issue and I had to resolve the issue by paying to stay at another HOTEL. TODAY ALSO AFTER 7 DAYS GOIBIBO IS WORKING TOWARDS D ISSUE .. #goibibo #pathetic #service

@goibibo Your Customer Delight is undelightful. They don't seem to understand the issue and hence have replied with the email attached. Your customer care team on phone was so supportive on the day and asked me to pay money to the hotel manager for another room.

@goibibo Here you go .. hope I don't get a solution like the hotel manager provided.. for d shabby third grade 2 double bed room , option given to move to delux room with 1 double bed !! Make 2 kids sleep on road or PAY additional money and buy another delux room !
