The customer service is awful, we tried phoning at the time we were there, got put on hold for about an hour and then they just hung up on me. Even after phoning back just could not get through. @bookingcom

A month ago me & a group of friends booked an apartment in glasgow through @bookingcom. When we got there turns out it was a scam and had to pay for another hotel last minute, which was extortionate. I contacted booking the day after (the 24th july) and still waiting on a refund
