WE DID IT!!! 🏆
We brought home our first win and had an amazing run with our talented alliance, Storm Masters (FTC18514)! Also, huge shoutout to the Falconers (FTC22853) for taking us under their wing. 🦅

Through ups and downs, we snagged 1 of 5 rounds and were just 3 points away from another — so proud of how far we’ve come. Even better, we learned a ton from other teams and were glad to lend parts and help where we could. 🤝

But the fight’s not over…

XPENG's next-gen IRON robot effectively crossed the uncanny valley, leading many to believe it was a human in a suit.

In a follow-up event to prove it was a robot, He Xiaopeng had its leg skin cut open in front of a live audience. The robot then walked off the stage.

Meet Robecca, my Wombat Robot from KIPR! She has motors, servos, 5 different sensors to detect her environment, 2 wheels to pave the world, + an arm and claw to grab what she wants in life. She runs all that on a Raspberry Pi. Thanks for the amazing PD! #Robotics #STEMEducation
