4) Tech companies are mostly located in Jakarta and demand you to be there with hustle culture. The salary is just sufficient to support you (as bachelor graduates) but probably won't pay you much for life. Due to the city traffic, you will leave at 6 am, arrive home 9 pm

4) Most workers in industries are also homogeneous (dominated by men and from one race). They are sexist and they treat the female workers very bad, especially the customer service ladies in the front desk 🤮
