@tompowercbc I’m going to go buy some ketchup chip pants this weekend!! O and this is absolutely what they’re called now. But truly, you inspired this novice to get out the door and figure it out! Worst case scenario, I would love that fresh air. #learntorun#ketchupchippants
@TDSB, any plan to change the date to switch from virtual to in person and vice versa given we won’t likely have even *had* a virtual teacher - and therefore no chance to evaluate whether it works for us - before then?
Opening school without a plan to make sure adequate testing was in place was daft and unfair to parents, teachers, students, and workplaces. It’s also no way to take care of “the economy” you seem to care so much about either since everyone’s still at home. #turds#fordnation
@tdsb, how would you recommend we make the decision about whether to continue w virtual or switch to in person by Monday if we haven’t had any virtual teacher by then? Genuinely struggling with this. #fordnation
You misspelled #BlackOutTuesday I get it, milk has been hard done by. It’s hard to cut through. Maybe - oh god maybe - just maybe this is a joke? Because you can’t make this stuff up. #BlackLivesMattter
I am 100% positive your living arrangements are FAR more comfortable than mine and I still managed to properly physically distance. You want to explain what I’m supposed to feel about this apology? Want to trade houses and tell me about how hard it is?
I fully intended to properly physically distance but it was very difficult to do. I wore a mask into the park but I failed to use it properly, another thing I'm disappointed about.
@JohnTory We’re hopefully that since YOU now know “it’s difficult” you’ll consider a) making clear, plain-language information available so people can’t interpret the rules the way that pleases them, and b) you’ll make more space so we can get out of our claustrophobic basements.
@JohnTory Interesting. I didn’t find it hard to follow the law or protect myself or fellow Torontonians. I just wore my mask on my actual face, didn’t touch it, and only went out when necessary. I took the kids to the almost barren school track, and yes. It sucked. IT SUCKS. But we did it.
“I fully intended to follow the law, and I fully intended to set a good example, but it turns out IT’S HARD. It’s hard to be socially distant! It’s HAAARRRD, ok?!!” @JohnTory, apologizing for all the new deaths from #COVID19toronto.

@metromorning I LOVED that Waltons album!! Lik My Tractor was a strange find on the easy coast in a small town but Naked In The Pouring Rain was on heavy rotation - and I Could Care Less was on my best driving mix tape!! I thought I was the only person who remembered that gem!
Then wear the Leafs jersey if that will move her,
If you can score goals, score for her too,
Til she cry “Lover! Leafs jersey’d, high scoring lover,
I must have you!”

@sketchytapson @blogTO @birdiebent Omg it’s soooooo gooooood. It’s the donair’s classy cousin. It’s defo a Toronto donair, whatever that is. Come try it. It’ll be worth it on so many levels!!!
This is disgusting and the vice chair should be immediately removed from his post. Claiming afterwards that it was hyperbole does not excuse his horrendous behavior. Comparing protecting students against discrimination to protecting criminal behaviour is asinine. #firedelgado
At a meeting this month, TCDSB Vice-Chair Michael Del Grande likened LGBTQ protections with things like pedophilia and bestiality. https://t.co/74sqqnmn15
