@mediavelopment @YahooCare [Part 4] And finally after not getting the result I wanted I went back to my app and tried it for a final time - selected the sms and BOOM there it was. I really hope this helps anyone to solve their struggle but I can't promise it'll work cuz' it just doesn't make sense.

@mediavelopment @YahooCare [Part 3] Then I tried it again with my recovery phone number and selected the pop-up-notific. first which gave me the error: "we don't know that phone" which confused me since I've never seen it before. Because of that I selected the sms afterwards but that didn't work (again)...

@mediavelopment @YahooCare [Part 2] Then I tried my yahoo email, again the identity steps and selected to get the code via sms - which worked - BUT! That only led me to: "use our premium support or help site" which was just disappointing and I just went back again to the options...

@YahooCare UPDATE! My Password wasn't reset - I just failed to typ it in correctly. Anyways... sooo I finally got a code sent to my phone via sms. Idk what worked in the end but if someone is interested I'd share what I did (it's kinda chaotic tho).

@YahooCare Tried to use the "sign in" helper, but now nothing works anymore. They even reset my password without me getting a new one... I'll consider calling the support but I believe that's what they want - to pay and get nothing in return.
