Haven’t tweeted in ages, but its a good time to remind everyone how evil @Kia has been regarding their car theft issues! Since mine was just stolen for a SECOND time AFTER doing the anti theft update: no towing assistance, no loner and not eligible for a free steering wheel lock!

@Kia & it’s such a bummer because it has been such a fantastic car otherwise. But I will never buy another Kia again. There is 0 customer service, no prioritizing victims, back ordered parts so repairs take a month+, and it will continue to happen until vehicle recalls happen @Kia
