@izzyycurtis @DalhousieU Honestly one of the biggest reasons I chose not to do a PhD is because I’m sick of the financial stress. I am very grateful that we get any funding at all, but being expected to put in 9-5 (most put in more than that) while being paid less than minimum wage is difficult. 1/2
