@FaithOxenbridge Permanent at the 3-5 year mark. Almost no one recovers past that point. Please take care of yourself #MECFS

@FaithOxenbridge If you’ve been sick for less than 3 years, you have a ton of hope if you get your rest, keep nutrition on point, no exercise, etc. I believe I could be 90% better if I would have taken that advice from the beginning. Everything becomes tougher and more
