@APCOAUK how many emails need to be sent before a response can be expected? We’ve sent 7 so far regarding a fine you’ve issued to my husband who’s registered disabled. He’s set up on your system but he’s been fined - any advice pls?
This is a super opportunity and one that will make such a difference to the children and communities we serve
Please have a look and share widely #edutwitter friends
Exciting!
@evrisupportline you’ve lost a 3rd parcel of mine. Your complaints process is non-existent. I’m surprised you are actually still trading. Equally a month to wait for a claim pay out is ridiculous given it’s your fault. #incompetence
@Evri_r I’ll now wait 28 days for somebody to review my claim for my item that you lost in your own depot. I think ‘stole’ would be a more accurate description.
@Evri_r I’ve already completed the claim form and received an ineffective apology from customer services. As I understand it that’s the entirety of your complaints process.

Well - for a while I've dreamed of running a #BrewEd flavoured 'Festival within a festival' at one of the big summer music fests. Performances, talks, creative workshops. It looks like it might actually happen this year? Might you come along?

My take, is that NO they are NOT allowed to be themselves. They are forced into the existing system and expected to fit in, often being punished for being their authentic selves.
Ultimately our #SEND children end up #masking to active inclusion, their #Anxiety levels increase to the point that they feel unable to access #education, as their #MentalHealth hits crisis point, hence the start of #EBSA
We are nowhere near #inclusion, we exclude more than we include, as we don’t listen or believe the child or their parents enough about what’s happening or needed for them to thrive.
The system pushes everyone to breaking point! 💔💔 #ThinkingDifferently
So proud of the diverse stories and perspectives on Lyfta.
This is a beautiful, beautiful storyworld, made by local filmmakers who are masters of their craft (interview in the tweet below).
Summer Village, Winter Village gives us a window into the life of 15-year-old Shahnaz, an aspiring writer from one of Iran’s poorest and most remote villages. Her teacher, Esmail, inspires her to pursue her dream, and helps her believe that she can push through poverty and patriarchy to reach it.
