@Hybridathlete Yeaa, regardless of BF% (which people commenting may be taking into too much account lol) it’s felt a lot better the closer I’ve gotten to “healthy” weight. I’m at about 26 now and the shit splints I dealt with 15lbs ago are almost non-existent at this point
@teachrobotslove I think the main reason people continuously encourage calorie counting is to eventually be knowledgeable enough to truly be calorie-aware.
I spent eight more hours with my family than I intended this week.
That sounds like a good thing, and it was. But it wasn’t my intention.

@345marcel Yep. I try preaching to people that you wanna follow a certain regimen for so long that you’re kinda just on autopilot. Most people are inherently lazy anyways, so the less brain we have to use, the better
My goal is to impact and inspire others near & far…in ways that allow me to fully & unapologetically lean into my true character.
Wherever I am today is not my endgame & Im fully aware that I’m “out of place” currently. I make the promise to myself to change.
Sometimes, I think I’m crazy because so many people will be unmotivated to go workout on a given day so they self-negotiate to maybe get out of it. Meanwhile, I’m just like “gym…yea I’m going” & let it play out from there.
NOW to just channel that into everything else…
I’m gonna lean HEAVILY into who I am, at the root, and kinda just see how this life thing goes moving forward.
I think it’ll be a great story regardless.
