@Matalan how do I contact your complaints team please? Contact via email and messenger were escalated up to your 'Customer Care' team although I'd say a rebrand to Customer NoCare' is more appropriate right now!
@currys can you let me have details of your complaints dept please. Don't fob me off with the live chat, as this is a joke. I'm not ringing as I suspect your front line customer service staff are not paid enough to be shouted at...which is going to happen as I am livid!
@BritishGas when a 77yo lady has been paying monthly cover & you can't get anyone out to help with a broken boiler until Thurs?? You tell her to contact Local Heroes for a tradesperson but they're not responding?? Why aren't you doing more to help???
@Tesco They said they couldn't help but surely the cost of them dealing with emails, and calling me etc was more expensive - a goodwill gesture would've been cheaper and kept business.
@Tesco Very disappointed with the way you handled my complaint about the discounted petrol voucher - anyone else had any problems using the money off voucher where the petrol station is Esso?
@Tesco The credit card statement showed billing from Tesco (not Esso). All I asked for was a refund to cover what we should've saved. "Cust Services" could have refunded as good will but all I got was them hiding behind terms and conditions.
