@SkyHelpTeam Carol I've just spoken to your customer support team who said they can't replace the box until 3rd January. This is incredibly frustrating. My dad was depending on having the Discovery Channel etc while he can't walk. Really poor service to a 20+ years customer.
@SkyHelpTeam A TV engineer. They just need to replace the box. We were supposed to get a Sky Q box a few months ago. But when the engineer came that time he fixed some channel issues but left us with the old Sky + box, even though we have upgraded our subscription
