Our new depth made her death all the more painful, but of course I wouldn’t trade it for the world, not for anything. The privilege of knowing and loving her so deeply outpaces every other experience I’ve had. It’s the one thing that matters.
27) A few thoughts:
a) It's *really* hard to be a regulator. They have an impossible job: to regulate entire industries that grow faster than their mandate allows them to.
And so often they end up mostly unable to police as well as they ideally would.
Here's @SBF_FTX explicitly saying that FTX does not do precisely the thing it now seems that FTX did and explains a precise understanding of why it's important to customers that exchanges not do the very thing it now seems that he did and how they can (and did) go wrong.
