Great year on the markets in 2017 allowed me to quit the day job, move house to North Wales and become a full time investor ..... whilst enjoying life in a beautiful part of the world. π Now keen to share knowledge .....and to meet other share investors living in this area.
@channel5_tv
interested to watch UK Strongest Man. But after 20 minutes, with loads of ads, commentary and just 1 heat lasting a minute, I gave up. Back to iplayer.
@channel5_tv Great - but 2mins of adverts interrupts the closing sprint 30 seconds before the end of the race.
SOOOOOO intrusive - completely spoils the enjoyment.
Gave me chance to type this whilst I ignore ads - maybe in future I just switch off.
@BBCNews
Switched on to hear the news.
The first 9 minutes reports on Question Time which follows the news. Why?
Then you warn again of 'extremely distressing images' ....I guess you showed them last night.
I switched channels
What happened to BBC News?
@BBCNews switched on at 10pm to watch today's news. Instead I get some 'special report' on asylum seekers and work that you have been compiling for months. Great on Panorama but it is NOT the news.
@PrifWeinidog@MarkDrakeford
At Caerphilly you got what you deserved. 20mph was a policy your electorate opposed. You did not listen. Later you ask us to vote Labour. Should you be surprised we did not listen? Each day, every 20mph sign conveys a message 'do not vote Labour'.
@BMW_UK @Williams_BMW Behind all the glossy stuff, the service is letting you down. Cannot reach Williams Stretford Manchester service dept. In desperation I asked to buy a new BMW car. The bot put me through then cut me off! Shocking.
@MGinvestor Hi MG - just killing off some old X bookmarks, I cam across this on Diaceutics. I am a holder. I wondered ...just over 2 years later...whether you still hold and whether your view had changed? π€
@SteveReedMP and this is just the kind of political sniping that means the public does not trust any politician.
the point is that we are all keen to see cleaner water - we are all not keen for the issue to be politicised.
@PrifWeinidog How about a round of cost cutting in the Senydd rather than relying on Westminster.
If the Tories were still in Westminster and released that Statement, your message would have been so different.
@wrinklybird@PrifWeinidog The really frustrating thing is that Labour promoted the person that failed to bring any improvement in our NHS to be First Minister. In a private business she would have been sacked.
@PrifWeinidog Talk is cheap. The reality is policies such as NIC increases, employment rights, net zero and 20mph are anti growth. They mean higher energy costs, lower productivity, higher costs for businesses and fewer jobs.
@MrContrarian Yep - for me its very difficult to spend money on something you have been getting for free. So I'll pick up the stuff from Stockopedia and elsewhere.
