@McDonalds - need to speed up the mobile order pickup or put realistic times after placing order...order said 2-5 minutes to bring food out when placed at 2:08pm...got out of my car @ 2:22pm to see where my order was when I saw the employee coming out the door with my food 🙄

@Jeep @Uconnect - I turned off the auto renew online and was STILL charged while on vacation out of the country. When I returned I called and immediately advised what happened although I only get refunded from the date I called??? That's bullsh*t! It's your fault I got charged!!

@Hilton @HiltonHotels @HiltonHonors - had a horrible experience at one of your hotels, opened a case, no one follows up after 10 days, now guest assistance phone reps hangs up on me and 2nd ghosts me on the phone. WORST HOTEL EVER!

DON'T SHIP international with @UPS... my package is lost, they keep giving me the run around and now it's past the 60 days so I can't file a claim?? Even though I've been in their store, on the phone with them and involved with with Int'l Tax Dept. @UPS are scammers!!

@shapermint Ridiculous that I placed an order on April 21st and still don't have it. Maybe you should switch delivery carriers. Would never buy from you again for taking so long...don't even need product anymore (was for a wedding that passed).

@AmericanAir - shocked and saddened that as a AAdvantage member and Barclay's AA credit card holder that if I changed flights (due to a death in my family) I would have to pay for my seats on the new flight, even though I paid for my seats on the original flight. That's crappy.
