@laurabeans675 If I'm in my clients' system, I grab metrics. Usually just changes in percentages. I have it written in my contract that I can use that stuff in my portfolio. I format some of my portfolio pieces as case studies and use those metrics. Case studies brought me a *ton* of new work.
