@FilmThePoliceLA FYI the Federal issue is not to blame for the immediate uptick in street level issues. This is all about the fiscal year ending on 6/30 and the county taking away the majority of LAHSA budget. They said they could do it better than LAHSA, but time will tell beyond rhetoric.
