Was wondering if the vaccination centre run by MoD is using the VRS system. With it, vaccination certification can be issued almost immediately. But I couldn't find any relevant info on their website, so I resorted to human's best friend -> Google

@samuelcolvin We have this issue. Probably due to how networking works in docker compose on M1. Test cases with dependent services, like a db suffers some performance penalty on M1
