All groups ate less ultra-processed foods (a good thing) as the study progressed – by 1 year ultra-processed foods made up 20% of Paleo; 36% Med; and 39% of Fasting diets food choice.
We looked at diet quality in the Paleo, Fasting, and Med diets and found that people who chose the Paleo diet already had a diet that was lowest in ultra-processed foods to start with https://t.co/Oo1Kj1S0Eq
